We accept credit card payments through paypal. And for those anti-paypal customers we also accept bank deposits via internet banking, personal cheques(require 5 business days to clear). Please make cheques out to Lik Lik designs.

are prices inclusive of GST?

yes; all prices are inc GST.

shipping/handling

Your items will be sent out within 3-5 days of purchase. Orders under 500g within Australia can be shipped via Australia Post Express Satchels for $7.20 guaranteed delivery next business day. Depending on weight regular parcel delivery within Australia can cost between $4-$10. We welcome international orders, contact us for specifics. We will email you once your order has been despatched.

returns and exchanges

We cannot accommodate returns but will be more than happy to do exchanges within 5 days of purchase delivery. Sorry shipping is non-refundable. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please check carefully before returning any item to Lik Lik designs.

is my package insured?

No. If you would like your goods to be insured please contact Lik Lik Designs for rates.

do you accept phone orders?

Sale continues whilst stocks last. Subject to availability. Sale items cannot be returned.
